Does anyone have a check list or how to on testing your headlights? For some strange reason the driver side headlight will come up about a minute or two after the passenger side headlight comes up. Want to do the work myself. Thanks

For each headlight you have a relay and an actuator.

More than likely the actuator has a bad seal and it takes longer for the vacuum to build to operate the headlight movement.

Does it take as long to go down or does it go down immediately like the passenger side?

A good first step, to eliminate the tubing as a cause, is to pull each vacuum tube connection one by one, and trim about .5" and put the tube back on the nipple.

Over time the vacuum tubes get old and crack and while they 'appear' to be in good shape the insides are so loose on the nipples that they allow leaks.

Mine does that and it has a bad relay. First check your lines and then proceed from there.
