Help with Lloyd's floor mats

1230 Views 9 Replies 7 Participants Last post by  VERTBLK
I bought some Lloyd's floor mats for the front and rear cargo areas, but the front floor mats won't stay in place. I love the mats, but the nylon tab that is used to hook onto the floor pegs isn't good enough.

Does anyone have a solution?

just use some self-tapping screws and screw it right through your floor.

Make sure you push the tabs down all the way. I have the mats in mine and they have not budged an inch.
I agree, you have to really push them to snap them in place. On my '05 they just didn't stay put but on the '07 once snapped in they don't move.

Good luck.

Thanks. That was the problem - I wasn't pushing down hard enough until they locked in place. Now they seem secure.

I wish I would have known that about 3 weeks ago.
That is great news!!!! While I understand finances, it is a shame that GM doesn't think enough of the car to put a CLASS flooor mat in this outstanding vehicle!
