This is the seen last week in Texas when a 41 year male lost control of his Lotus Elise hit 2 pickup trucks and died.

I was repeating that word for word in my head looking at those pics.

Thoughts and prayers with the driver and his family.

That happened just a few miles from work. We were talking about it at work that day. It's amazing that the front of that Elise just sheared off and disintegrated like that. They didn't allow the Elises in the States for so long 'cause they never met our safety regulations...

Damn those are sobering pictures. I can't count the number of times I have been to 120 and back.

what does 120 feel like i feel sorry for the person who died but i have never experienced 120 my vans only go up to 100 and when i go above 80 they shake like ELVIS lol:rolling:

120 doesn't feel like anything-which is good, because the only time you find out is when you hit something, and then you have a small chance of survival. 120 in an Elise isn't much. They don't quite accelerate as quickly as a Vette, but they sure do turn and stop fast at 1 ton.
