Same problem bro
Got the drivers side but the passengers side is stuck to beat hell!!
The tool works well if it works at all:thumbsup:
I understand that you can take the wheel off, remove the inner fender well and get to it that way. I haven't tried it yet but probably this weekend.

BTW, once you get it opened, tie a plastic tie strap or a pience of string to the latch release. The next time it sticks (and there will be a next time), you'll have an automatic release within reach:thumbsup:
