easy to use -however - I had a bad experience with mine, it
killed my pcm unit! I had to send the pcm and the programmer back to hypertech - my pcm had to be re-flashed. They did send
me a new programmer - but I havn't used it.

Easy to use. But, it simply isn't worth the time or money. I picked up zero HP and zero TQ . I ended up removing the programming because the car was running strange when it was very hot out.

I used one on my 98. Biggest problem I had was removing the "tune"when I sold car. I used it to set shift points higher (more prm per gear) and to turn fans on sooner for cooling. The cooling was the biggest advantage I thought.

With a six speed you may see little to no gain but on an auto car you should see some improvement with properly adjusted shift points, do a thermostat at the same time and the car will run much cooler with the fans coming on earlier.
