Windows rolled down, listening to Master of Puppets, AND HITTING THE FRONT STRAIGHT AT HOMESTEAD MOTOR SPEEDWAY AT 120+MPH

Back story: Our local club Speed Style and Performance was invited to the speedway to display our cars under the grandstands for the Indy Series. We received discounted tickets, got damn good parking lol, and they said if we come back the next morning we get to take our cars on the track and be "paced" by a truck at 90MPH, well im sure you all can guess that we took the term "paced" very liberaly as some of us hit 140on the straights.

Now for a ton of pics.

Ditto that, the solid black rocks.
I got to lap Talladega a few years back for a similar reason. It was definitely one of the highlights of my life. A 40 degree bank at 120 mph is a feeling like no other!!

Thanks for sharing that story and rekindling my memories!! :partyon:

Congrats - that is way cool! Thanks for sharing the pics

Can the people that handle the "Corvettes at MIS" please pay attention to this?

After standing in 95+ degree heat for close to 10 hours last summer, I was only "allowed" to hit 70 mph on the track. Extremely disappointed. :(
