In the last 2 weeks, I have been cut off three times. I know my car sits lower than most cars, but its YELLOW.

2 of the 3 times happened today within 10 minutes of each other.

The thing that makes me crazy is that even though I blew my horn like a cruise ship, they still kept coming into my lane!!!!!!!!

I had to make evasive maneuvers just to keep from getting hit.

WTF.....:WTF:WTF:WTF:WTF:WTF:WTF:WTF

Unfortunately Yellow looks Grey to some people with common eye afflictions. Also people tend to look over the Vette especially high riding SUVs and Pick-Ups.

Hey Airborne,

I was this close || to going airborne when enlisted in 1991. It was in my contract, but when I came back the next day to get sworn in, the slot was gone.

Oh well, I did get to do some cool training in Louisiana at Fort Polk with some Rangers. Not bad for a Supply Specialist.

I was attached to a Light Infantry Division at the time. 7th ID Light at Fort Ord.

Take Care.

Yeah, we get a lot of white hairs here in Florida this time of year. I think they drive with the hearing aid on low.

They usually have to look through the steering wheel to see out. Our traffic accident rate goes up during the winter months and it ain't from the snow...

So can I, but my 5 year old needs some work...LOL...the other day he and I were riding in the Z and he says "Look Dad, there is a Corvette up there and he is going SUPERFAST! Catch up". Well not one to speed with my kid in the car, I work my way carefully through traffic to see this "vette"...turns out it was a Miata :rolling: . So I said "that is not a vette, that is a girl's car". So the little guy registers that in his brain....We get off the highway and there is a red BMW Z3 and he starts laughing at the guy and pointing and says "Look, Dad, that guy is driving a girls car!"

Funny, very funny. I remember when I was in the Army in 1996. My daughter, who was about 2 at the time, came down to Budapest with her mother to meet me as I was able to get a weekend pass while I was deployed to Bosnia from my permanent station in Germany.

We were swimming in the pool at the hotel and she says "Look dad, a clown!" She kept pointing to this older lady across the pool. We were the only ones in the pool so there was no hiding what she was saying. She just kept point and yelling "Look dad, a clown". All I could say was "Yes dear, the wall is brown." I don't know if she bought it or not, but man what a feeling.

Kids do and say the weirdest things.
