I keep getting 'check engine'. The diagnostic says p1111. IAT sensor over voltage. I bought a new one, installed and it happened again. Any ideas??

What causes the over voltage condition?

Not sure if it will help, but I found this on another site....

"It might be the pins of the connector that plugs into the IAT as its a common problem, or one of the 2 wires has a problem.
Also make sure when new IAT was installed that its male pins did not get bend instead of mating with female pins of connector."

you will need a scan tool like snap on to monitor and test,like said above check for bad connections esp. if ya have more history codes
