In 1967 my Grandfather Keenan Issendorf bought a new Chev Camaro From a chevrolet dealership (jay or jim J. or somthing chev. starts with "j") in minnesota with a yenko 427 in it. he of course had to sell it because my mom was born but i would really like to find this car for him. the only information i have about it is the above and that it is navy blue with the white stripe around the grille. in 1967 it had the license plate number 3JA-890 <----i think the license plate number is going to be the only way to find it.

If you huys coukd help me I would appreciate it more than you could know

Thanks,
Jake Ingalls

Contact the Minnesota DMV, they should be able to cross reference the plate number with the Vehicle Identification Number... not sure how long the records are kept, but there's a strong chance it may be in the database still.

Once you have the VIN, it should be easier to track down what you are looking for
