The GS will be up for sale within the next week or two, I will be putting it on consignment at Team Chevy in Westmont, IL (my friend is the manager over there) Hopefully I will find a very low mile used 02 but Im gonna weigh out the benefits of getting a new 03 most likely it will be the 02. As far as color its gotta be red, yellow or EB (I would possibly take black if it was a screaming good deal). It is just too hard to get the kind of HP I want out of my car and still have stock style driveability. Tom Izzo from Speed Inc put a set of long tubes, off road X-pipe, intake and tuned his Z06 and got 395rwhp out of the car. Im gonna do the same things and add a set of rockers/springs along with a 150 shot of juice and have an easy 10sec 130+mph street car with stock driveability.
If anyone is interested in the GS or knows someone looking please let me know, the car is just getting ready to turn 12K miles and I have every stock piece from the car as well as all of the documentation, it has black interior and has every single availible option including F-45. Last year the car got a brand new GM shortblock rebuild (broke a valve spring retainer and put a valve through the piston) this was done at 8,xxx miles and the nitrous has not been used since. I may be removing the Exhaust and putting the stock stuff back on as well as the MSD and fuel pressure gauge. The car is in perfect condition (those of you who saw it at Vettefest and World of wheels can vouch for that)
Thanks
Mike
