Anyone done this on a l-98? Any idea on the time frame. I am going to have use of a lift if the time is not to bad. I have done headers before but not on a Corvette so any tricks would be nice to hear.

two-three hours is about average, having a lift and air tools and a mig ot tig welder will help!
the only difficult part is usually the old exhaust manifold removal in most cases due to rusted/stuck bolts.
the headers generally install very easily from the bottom on both sides
this may take time but even a realitively unskilled hot rodder thats PERSISTANT & thinks things thru will have few problems

First time on a Vette. They are Melrose complete exhaust with random 3" cats.
I am only concerned about the time due to it will be at my brother-in-laws work using thier lift and tools. Sure will beat crawling around on the garage floor.
No doubts Sheriff just trying to make it easy on all of us.
