Well here we are Friday evening. I just left work and am once again trying my best to get to PBIR a.s.a.p. so I can go race my C5 against the same red C6 GS but with a lot more power. I expect to loose but can't wait to see what kind of times this 610/573 2011 GS does. I will post up pictures and time slips as soon as I get home tonight.

My mild mannered DD becomes a racecar when numbers are drawn on the glass like superman dawning his cape and taking off his glasses..

And I finally got a picture with our advertisement. It wasn't there the last time I went..

So when I got to the track they told me the place where we get our timeslips at the end of the track is not working and we have to come all the way back to the staging line to get our timeslips. While I was waiting in line they must have fixed this problem and long story short I didn't get my timeslip for my first pass. But it is ok, I didn't launch very hard and it wouldn't have been real good, anyways. Unfortunately there was a donk that blew the axle and dumped oil all over the track and I only got to make 2 passes. Here is the timeslip from the second pass..

The red C6 went also and I got my family to follow me up there in the new van so my wife and 3 minions were there, too..

They sat in the bleachers right at the tree. Here is where they sat..

And that is important because the wife brought her nice camera and got some nice pictures and video of my car and the red C6 GS. I will share that here as soon as I can.

Oh and my car also does this..

really good gas mileage on the highway. And surprisingly low temps. :partyon: That's my 3.15 gear. better than the stock 2.73 but less than the Z06's 3.42. 3.15 is the standard diff used with the M6 cars.

It runs Ok.
Driving by you Ok.
It's pretty well tapped out the drivetrain combo.
B8 cam is meant for Boost.
Wallace Racing shows just 355 Hp Flywheel.
It's true 480 Hp I know.

The tall gears killing you and converter stall used.

Perfect for Sunday Bracket Racing for the money.
Might beat the station wagons....they are most consistent and often take home $10,000 cash running 14's -10's 1/4 mile.

Best thing to do is Cam swap and add Nitrous Oxide like Hardcore did.
Daily driver and you don't like Race diff gears 4 series and high stalls 4000-5500 rpm.
Those tricks knock off 2 seconds in Super Stock Drag world.

I think you will get bored with Mid 12's.

No prep average guys are running 10's to deep 8's now.
And its Huge in 2019 Nationwide.
Run as fast as you can with timeclocks off and Win.
Hook & Book And need super Hp to win.

There is a HARD TIRE Class also No Prep Racing .
What The Donk Master Runs in.
He is King of Florida Now.

Turbo Joe from Joliet IL is King here.

Can't include Street Outlaws need 4000 Hp now to even get in to race.

The Hip Hop 32 Gang.

Donk Master has that Z06.
It's Fast too.

That's all I tuned it to. And on 87 octane I might point out. This was before the last race:

Now that the red C6 is radical I will retune my car and add maybe 2-6 degrees of timing to wide open throttle and back off from 11.5-12:1 to 12.6-13.5:1. Or somewhere in that area. I am pretty sure I can get to over 400 at the wheels from where I am without too much trouble just in tuning. Also if I spent more on better than the cheapest pump gas money can buy.

Nitrous Oxide is still the most cost effective power adder.
Race drag gears and High stall or stick dump the clutch at 4k- 6k on launch.
So I have more pictures and videos coming from last night. From the above quotes, someone really likes dealing with blown up **** and having to work at the track. And I have pictures and video coming of that, too. I mean, not me or anything I built, but of someone launching a donk at RPM and making a big mess and shutting down the track.

I never said you can not EFI Tune.
Your EFI Master Tuning guy in South Florida.
Been around 3 Master EFI Tuners up here if you recall.
Actually 4 if you count in from the Ford 5.0 drag world Bob ' Kurgen.
That Guy was always a Dick to Crazy Ed.
One night we drove to his house to the Northside of Chicago to Buy VPC16 Race Fuel from Kurgen.
He told us to come over.
1 hour drive through Traffic.
Ed was doing 100-120 mph and driving in the Emergency Lane...Window down yelling at people Move your ****ing Shitbox you ****s I am going Drag Racing !

Got to Kurgens.
He had 3 new barrels of VPC16 55 gallons each.
He would only sell us 10 gallons...I need all my Race Gas for myself.
He was raking in $20k easy a month EFI Tuning!

Got the Good **** & Ed and me were off to Byron Sunday !

Did you know that the laws of the track are changing and if your car is this side of 2015 or 2016 the safety standards are accepted as high enough to change the requirements at the track for a roll bar? That red 2011 GS is on the wrong side of that, still, but if I ever start racing that 2018 Pacifica and if I am ever able to get it down into the 10's I don't necessarily have to immediately worry about a roll bar.

I know that very statement flies in the face of the commonly accepted notion that we don't make them like we used to. But I also pay hundreds less in car insurance for my new vehicle.

Road Race, Dirt Track, Drag Racing is all a Strategy driving to win.
It's also a Gamble.
Like Playing Poker.

If they breakdown you win.
Visa Versa.

It's Dick Moroso's Track he built your Racing at.
He used to race a C1 Vette.
A Legend.

Be dumb to race the Family Minivan.

Only have 2 cars.
You never did get a beater get around pickup or Old Suburban Tahoe.

They have progressive Nitrous Controllers.
Hardcore had it.
I remember him showing me on DC.

Shows what you know. the 2018 Pacifica has built in launch control. when you stage up at the tree and hold your foot on the brake pedal the engine shuts off. And you can hold your foot on the gas pedal all the way to the floor if you like. When the light turns green just let off the brake pedal and the engine will start cranking and when it finally lights and stabilizes it will eventually go straight to wide open throttle. :rolling:

If I did ever take it to the dragstrip it would get from 0-60 in 7.3 seconds and do the quarter mile in 15.5 seconds. As per this: https://www.automobile-catalog.com/car/2018/2297555/chrysler_pacifica_touring.html

It is a heavy minivan and it does have a v6, but that v6 puts out 280hp and it is mated to a 9 speed transmission with all the latest tech.
