Yesterday we finally traded in our 99 Town and Country van which was beat to death and picked up a mint 06 SRX. It is a dark metallic blue with 18" rims and cashmere interior. It has every option except for the moon-roof and back-seat DVD system. Of course we had to get the 320hp Northstar V8 and AWD to (attempt) to keep my mom on the road. It is such a comfortable vehicle and punching the gas to hear the V8 will likely lead to decreased fuel-economy. Definitely a great choice for a crossover vehicle.

Those are sweet! We are looking at them also as a replacement for the minivan.

Definitely get the SRX. The handling is so much better than a minivan, especially with the magnetic ride control, and I don't know of a single minivan with a V8artyon: We got ours 4k below KBB price,too.:thumbsup: :cheers:

Now if they could release a 4.4L S/C SRX-V with the 469hp engine...

The SRX V8 AWD sounds like a big improvement over a minivan for most things.

As it is it only gets 16mpg.:lookinup:
