I know a lot of you guys are on the Corvette Forum as well as this one, so thought I would let you know I just unsubscribed from it. There was a post about someone who had just used Zaino on his car, and I dared, DARED to comment about: 1> Zaino is a fine product and the guy's car really looked very nice after he spent tons of time on it. 2> other waxes, and I mentioned Adams, ReJex and Griots--as well as my personal choice, Gold Class, can give similar to or the same results for less money and MUCH less time invested. I did NOT knock Zaino, as I said, it does a spectacular job if you want to put the time and money in, and certainly did not knock any one who uses it, least of all the poster. That apparently violated some :nuts: arcane rule about not daring to talk about another product when someone starts a thread about a specific, holy and above reproach icon of the Forum.
So, long story short, the "moderator," and I use the term with all disdain, said for a year, the moderators will have to approve my posts before they go up. Nobody tells me what to think or what to say--I didn't fight in Vietnam, and I'm not serving my country now as a civilian, to lose my freedom of speech rights to some dickhead on a car forum. So, I quit. Just wanted to let you know why I won't be on there anymore.
