As the title says.
If money was no object,what parts would you use to build the ultimate small block.
Give details of your choice of block,heads,valves,rods,pistons,crank,intake,carb or injection,etc.(no turbo or superchargers please) and your reason why you would use these particular parts.Lets see if on paper at least we can come up with the ultimate kick a$$ small block.

...alu block is a must, either motown lite or alu M little racing block, for a right start. afr alu heads, victor junior and mighty demon carb, lightweight ancillaries...the antipasto is served...

definatley the motown lite block, and motown lite 220 heads
bored to 4.125 stroked to 4
titanium nitrite coated (i think that what its called) rotating assembly from eagle
a monster roller cam and valvetrain - comp, crane, jesel, etc....
dry sump oiling system
world motown intake set up for nitrous and FI
full msd ignition with a tach drive dist, msd 7?? (the box that is outlawed in some drag classes)
a full port and polish
and of course a nice tune on 93 octane

ive been seeing the word dizzy when it comes to distributors, what does it mean?
and a tach drive becaue i have a 69 and i hate having an aftermarket tach on my columb when i could be using a much sweeter factory tach

lets get some more hard and fast details laid out here. Sounds like people like the aluminum block from motown... should it bored? What specific heads, cam, pistons, ignition, etc?

I'm starting to save right now so I can afford it in 5 years!
