the re-construction guy could not give me a reason,i said it helps detour car-jacking,he was not amussed.if you change your tires from say 18 to 20 inch,you have to go see(pay)the recon guy to say,"looks good",then he gives you a sticker to give to the registation people and everyones happy(paid)thats the way hawaii works.and has to be the most corupt state in the country,its probably public record,we have so many elected officals in jail and some still serving,"the old boys network".we finally got a female governor and she is making serious waves.she even went and cut some retirment benifits from people long retired.watch your back Linda Lingle,i voted for herartyon:
