are there any affordable lowering kits for a C3 corvette, preferably for a 1981? i know there are springs in the front and a leaf in the back which makes it hard to do. i was thinking about maybe getting some 18 to 20" rims and dropping it some. but i might just stick with the original old school wheels. any answers, thanks?

Well, You can lower the rear easily with longer bolts. As for the front, you can cut the springs down, and it will increase the spring rate.
So, two bolts and some time. How is that for cheap?
