I noticed moisture and small water droplets forming on my driver running light lens. Only thing I can think of is that it has a small pinhole somewhere in it.

That is why these lenses do this correct? If so, I guess I would need to purchase a new DRL lens.

Now I got to figure out how the easiest way to get it out and install a new one. Anyone done this lately that could give a bit of advise on replacing this?

I have a Service Manual for my 01 C5, and I am only getting myself confused just trying to find the info in the Service Manual.

Before you go and buy some new lights, try pulling them out, drying them out and putting a bead of silicone along the seal. My old ones did that and the silicone fixed it. I guess the seal had failed. To get to them you can either take off the sidewall in the wheel well, or put the the headlight up and squeeze you arm underneath it to get to them from the top. When I don't have a jack handy, it's easier to get to the lights from the top.
