Well I did it! Had my friend at Meineke weld in the by-pass sections after seeing the comments on this and other sites. The result was obviously ecnomical and overall very good. Much improved at idle and nice when you get on it with no noticable downsides. I recommend it. Thanks for all the suggestions. :thumbsup:

i thought about doing this since its so cheap, but i also considered just getting the Borla Stinger quad ovals next time someond does a GP on here. I heard someone do that on his car and it sounded great at first but when he put an x-pipe on his car he lost some of the sound (according to him).

Some clips would be nice though. And hopefully someday the price of these cat back exhaust systems will go down.

My advice is that if it is convenient and you have a friend to help, do it!
If you have to struggle on your own without welding help, save up for the cat back which is a bolt on affair.:thumbsup:
