Make sure to get "diminished value" from the little girls insurance company. Make sure to tell them that no one will buy a Corvette thats been in an accident (whether that's true or not). Get your money, you'll feel better. I'd raise hell with the parents too

Fortunitly nobody was injured, the car can and will be repaired. Ive been on both sides, been hit by youngsters and have had my 16 year old hit a truck 5 days after receiving license. I can tell you I was relieved when I found out nobody was hurt. As a parent I didn't need anybody to tell me what my responsibilty was to the other driver. Likewise I revisted my daughters driving privledges and abilities. It has been 5 years now and she has had no accidents.

Well i'll tell you what I threw a little tantrum out of anger but got over it quick and none of it was directed toward her but more toward the fact of my car being hit. Her mom told the police tahat she wouldn't have a cell phone no more which I heard her say, we were all nice to each other. Her dad was even nicer on the phone the couple of times I spoke with him. I'm upset about my car but there are no hard feelings cause I know it'll be fixed.
