Hey guys! I had some great news recently, so I thought I would share it with my Corvette family! On the first of April I got to replace the word "Rent" on my budget with the word "Mortgage"! I'm 22 years old and this is my very first home, so I am WAY stoked! So, anyway, here is a picture of the C5's new home! She is in Phoenix right now and won't be home for 5 1/2 more weeks, but when she gets here, this is her resting place!
Next on the list.........right now my entire tool collection is comprised of one Blue Point DVOM.......So first thing, I need to start building a tool collection! Anyway, this is an exciting time for me, so...enjoy!

Heck ya! If I can't have my Corvette in the garage right now, I at least have to look at the spare wheels!! haha
Oh, and I am already feeling the "pain" of ownership. I got to spend 4 hours on Saturday trimming shrubs and picking up the mess....now it feels like my legs are gonna fall off!! hahahah

That's it, I'm moving to Redding. It is way the hell too expensive in SD, OC, and along the Central Coast (my three main bases of operations). I'm 20 now and would love to invest in some property, but I just couldn't swing the cost of it here. Mind PMing me what it cost you going in? That is one hell of a nice place. I don't mind telling you guys what it cost. It was built in 1990 and is 1800 sq ft. I got into it for $299,000
