Does anyone know where I can get an Edelbrock 2101 inlet manifold for better than $119 and $8 shipping to New York?

Vendors chime in too. If you can better that price, you have a deal

Thanks Jeff, but they are all the same price. They want $119 for the manifold but a fairly hefty fee for handling then shipping on top of that. So far, the best I've found is bloody Amazon!! $119 and $8 for shipping  You have to shake your head when a book shop can beat car performance places on a car performance part!!

I thought mine would be ok with a cleanup and a powder coat - WRONG! I think it's Cat 5, uneconomical to repair. If I was to put a thermostat in it, it would fall right into the manifold, and the water jacket blanks are about 1mm away from making a nice little opening at the top of the manifold :thud:

Weird huh? I checked eBay first and there's loads of various vendors selling them at $119 with varying rates of extortion for handling and shipping so I Googled the manifold and Amazon came up - I only followed it through for the humour factor then saw that they were the cheapest!

But to answer your question, I got my books from eBay - can't buy nuthin out here whether it's from a bookshop, baker or candlestick maker :smack

Mods can close this thread now

Hey Patrick, you can close this thread now if you want. I scored a manifold so no point in having this thread open anymore so that in 6 months time, someone can tell me they have one

Thanks...
