Hello to all
My name is Patrice.
I live in France.
After selling my Porsche Cayman, I bought a C6 corvette in 2014.
I was so happy with my C6 that I bought a Corvette C7 Stingray Z51.
It's a total pleasure every time I drive it.
Excuse me for the misspellings.
Thank you for your welcome.

Welcome Patrice. There is a lot to look at on here. Enjoy. There are no misspellings. Your English is much better than my French. I don't know much French but my Dad was born at 42 Rue de Cabellac 42, Lorient, Morbihan, France. He left in 1945 and I was born in 1946. He met my Czechoslovakian mother on the boat coming here. I'm guessing language wasn't an issue.;)

Hello and thank you
Perma-grin? Sorry, I don't understand.

Grin = smile. So you have a permanent smile or grin when you are driving your Corvette.:cheers::thumbsup:

Thanks for the explanation, I didn't understand the subtlety of the word "perma-grin"
For me, it's even more than a permanent smile when I drive my Corvette, it's an intense pleasure :partyon::cheers:

Well Patrice, is it much faster than a Deux Chevaux?

hello 1963SS,
Sure, but it's more risky.
To have fun, you have to be very careful, cops don't laugh. I had a 2 CV a very long time ago, at the time of the Corvette C3.
That's when I thought one day I'd have one Corvette.
and now my dream is reality.

My last cars were :
Peugot 406 Coupé
Mercédes Coupé Sport Evolution
Porsche Cayman
Corvette C6
Corvette C7

For me, the most beautiful, the most bewitching, the most exciting is the C7.
Just a little regret, not buying a GS.
