I hope, just spent the last 2 days replacing all the weather stripping on the vette. just finshed up a couple hours ago, just waiting for all the adhesive to dry so i can take all that tape off my car, then take it out tommorow and give it a good hose'n. to check for leaks, hopefully there are none. and then if there is no leaks put it back in the garage and replace all the e-brake hardware and shoes :thud: . man i need a vacation, been working on this thing pretty much non-stop since january.

oh well next on the list is to drop new motor in sometime in july, and then hopefully enjoy the car for the rest of the summer, then this fall its off to the body shop.:thud: :thud: :thud:

The well water up there in the toolies where you live will dissolve the glue on the rubber. Better just run to the city and use some of our chlorinated, florinated, rusty city water.

Man Congratulations :partyon: I'm sure you worked hard to just get that job done, if you were here in Fl, the only thing you'd have to do is be outdoors with this storm comin' (weak stuff for now) and that would be your test  damm . Hope it holds up 'till your gran'kids see the car

it was pretty time consuming, the hardest part was getting all the old glue off ecspecially on the t-tops.
yeah it's been raining here since thursday last week, and it's raining right now, have had to drain the swimming pool some just about every day. i guess if the glue was dry i could back it outside and try it,but i think i will give it a good 24hrs to dry, just in case.

Tim just put his inclosed trailer in my back yard last week, and i think it has sunk up to the frame now
