Hello to everyone,
While I am not a native.....I did get here as soon as I could. Got my first Vette in April. It is a 97 Fairway Green. Appreciate all of the info on this site.
Toughest decision will be coming up soon.....Get a C6 or send the C5 to Lingenfelter and keep it. Would appreciate any insight from anyone who has had any work done from Lingenfelter. Thanks!

I have a friend who just purchased an 05 Lingenfelter and it is, well, AWESOME! 505 HP and will leave rubber, from what I've seen so far, from about any speed you want. If you're looking for raw power, that may be what you want. Although, another friend had an 07 Z06 and that was an awesome car also. Both will take you where few dare to go. :laughing:

Fairway green isn't very common. I'd hang on to it. If you go with the Lingenfelter spend the extra coin and keep all the stock pieces. It may NEVER be worth anything, but it's a sweet rare factory color. My $.02 would be to proudly keep it.

Saying that I was not a native......just my way of saying that I'm new to the forum and Vettes. Only 155 Fairway Green were built in 97.

Would like to spend 10k-15k. To spend more than that, I think it would be better to sell the C5 and buy a 2008 C6.
