I know you guys are sick and tired of the exaust question, but i can't help it, i need to know if any one makes a cat back system that has a deep mellow tone at idel and quiet's down and does not drive you out of the car at highway speeds.

Having owned the Corsa Sport C6 system, I would never describe it as "deep, mellow", at least not when you compare it to the other systems on the market. Of all the systems I've tried, the Magnaflow catback is the closest to what you're looking for. It's deep, and it's quiet on the highway.

Looking at the Madvet exhaust rating chart, I would say the exhaust that best fits your description is the Billy Boat Route 66, which has an idle rating of "2" (noticeably louder than stock) and a cruise rating of "1" (slightly louder than stock). The other exhausts that have a "1" cruise rating are SLP PowerFlo, Borla Touring, and Magnaflow, but they also have a "1" idle rating too so if you are looking to intimidate people just sitting there at stoplights these exhausts are probably not what you're looking for.

I had the RT66 on my car for a year before installing the Magnaflow. Honestly, I can barely tell the difference between the two a idle or while driving at low speed, they are almost identical. The RT66 may be a little louder, but the difference is really small. At highway speed, the Magna is definitely milder. Less drone, but less overall sound as well.

I liked the RT66, but it did have a drone that I had to shift around on the highway. Once I added headers, the drone became more annoying, so I went with the the Magnaflows. I thought the RT66 looked a little better on the car, the tips are nicer. The MidAmerica chart doesn't really match my real world experiences, I heard a very big difference in drone between the Corsa, Magnaflow, and RT66 on the highway, but they all rate a 1?

I don't think the Mid-America chart was intended to show drone levels, only how loud the exhaust will sound outside of the car compared to the stock exhaust. If the Route 66 drone is as bad as on the highway as you say, that leaves SLP, Borla Touring, and Magnaflow as the only systems with a deep sound and minimal drone, however at idle they are all going to be fairly quiet, so if you want something with an aggressive sound at idle you are going to be looking at a lot of drone too.

Does ANYONE have a soundclip of a C6 with Borla Stingers??

If no sound clips available, is there anyone out there who can recommend a Corsa setup over a Borla?

Hi, i got the Borla Touring Cat Back X pipe since last January and i just love it!
Deeper at Idle and beautilfull "bro bro bro" when releasing the accelerator...
Just a slight drone exactly at 1500-1600 rpm.....nothing really bad!
