Im building a 350 for my 80 vette. It is a newer block which uses a one piece rear main seal. Ive been looking at oil pans and am not quite sure which one to go with. I need to be sure that ill have proper clearance when i install the motor. These are two that i have been looking at:

http://www.jegs.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_10001_10002_745568_-1_10457

Its the first one on each page. Does anyone know if one of these will fit properly or is there another one that will fit? Any help will be great.

The Jeg's description of the first pan no. 908-10055765 is the same description out of the 2006 GM Performance Parts catalog. "Fits 1986-1996 Corvette models. Has right-hand dipstick and fits crankshaft seal adapter P/N 10051118." There also is a note to "Use with oil pan rail reinforcements P/N 14088501 (LH) and 14088502 (RH)". "908" is Jeg's desination for GMPP. The "10055765" number is GM's part number for the pan.

My preference would be to go with the factory part.
