Does anyone know if it is possible to re-connect the vacuum line to the opti-spark WITHOUT have to remove the harmonic-balancer and water pump? Can it be done from under the car while it is up on ramps?

Also, it appears as though there are 2 vacuum lines on the Opti. One is the vent which connects to the port below the MAF sensor housing and the other appears to go the the tube between the MAF housing and the throttle body. Any idea as to which one goes where? Does it matter?
