I got a free set of 08' wheels, but there is some oxidation on the in side of the rims. I was wondering what is the best way to remove the oxidation. Thanks for your help.

As already stated by AJ, pictures would help, but I am thinking that what you have is am accumulation of brake dust and it will do some damage to aluminum wheels if not cleaned off regularly. Under normal conditions, you should not have an oxidation issue with Corvette polished aluminum wheels because they are clearcoated, but if the clear is damaged or if the previous owner stripped the clearcoat than you will get the oxidation.
