One of many DIY projects I have going on this summer. Enjoy! :thumbs:



Also, I'm aware I did not use jack stands on the front.

I'm also aware I did not mask off the rotor. I chose not to. I've gotten a lot of crap for this. Some people say the paint can gum up your pads, and/or the paint effects the steel on the friction surface of the rotor. I personally did not have any issues.

You're right. Any paint on the rotor surface will be gone the first time the brakes are touched

You can either mask it off, or cut out the diameter on a piece of thin cardboard. If you get some on the rotor surface, just wipe it off with some laquer thinner. ..:thumbsup:
