Noticed this the other day. The pass. side window does not receed completely into the door. There's about a half inch sticking up, exposed. Tried the auto down vs. just down, no difference. Closes just fine. Has anyone noticed this on their C6.

You may need to look up window indexing.... That should fix your problem.

Did you disconnect your battery or did it die recently? Mine did something similar on the drivers door after my battery died one day. This is what someone told me to do and it worked for me...

Try doing the reset index sequence again:

Page 87, Corvette Owners Manual:

Turn on car
Make sure windows are rolled up
Hold both window switches up for 3 seconds
release switches
Hold both window switches up for an additional 3 seconds

If the window indexing recalibration method doesn't work, take it in.
