Those are Hooker sidemounts from JetHot with the 2300* mat black coating. It feels like 80 grit sandpaper.

You can get them from other places as well. I forgot the price on the grounds that it may be used against me.... :rolling:

Yes they clear stock calipers without Spacers... They are Bassets
