And in effect so is President Obama

And, oh, my! Lookee here! Obama has even fallen into a statistical tie with none other than Sarah Palin, the former Alaska governor.

How embarrassing that is because other polls have shown a majority of Americans believe she is unqualified for the presidency.

http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/washington/2010/11/obama-romney-palin.html

Obama's job approval rating as calculated by the Zogby Poll has now sunk to 39%, a new low for his 22-month presidency that began with so much hope and excitement and poll numbers up around 70. As recently as Sept. 20, his job approval was 49%.

A whopping 60% now disapprove of his job, up from 51% disapproval Sept. 20.

In my favorite poll, Obama's job approval rating is 0. The scientific poll has a sample size of one (me) and a margin of error of zero - I know exactly how I feel. :D

Haven't you had enough of all the "experts" and "experienced professionals" who claim they know more than the rest of us? All of their inside corrupt deals! Their entire socialist and communist agenda? The original intent of elected officials for our republic was not to make millionaires and professional politicians but rather actual representatives who would take a break from their livelihood to represent us and then go back to their work. These current "professionals" are strangling the American citizen with laws and taxes that should incite a revolt such as the original tea party. Palin might be a newbie but she sure buts the American CITIZEN in first place. We need more like her to take this country back!!!!:agree:

Nicely stated ! At an absolute minimum... we need far more small business owners running this country -and far fewer lawyers and those that have an overwhelming reverence for academia's indoctrination...

Congressional Term limits and the same pay grade as an infantryman and the same benefits. When Nancy Pelosi takes her new position as House minority leader and has to fly commercial, will she be forced to have a full body scan or get a 'pat-down'?

from now on, Id suggest making it IL-LEGAL for any lawyer or professional politician , to EVER become president, and having two term limits in all posts on all congressmen, would sure help!
selecting presidential candidates from successful state governors, who have shown financial and leadership expertize, AND/or, at least men with some military experience ,and/or successful business expertize would not hurt
(we can LEARN from our mistakes)

Who IS quallified to run this train wreck??? I sure would not want the job. Everything from A to Z is corrupt, red taped, and has a political adgenda. No common ground. Lots of crying on both sides of the table. IMO no one is perfect. Its a fooked up mess, its home.

This is whats really going on.

I don't know who the person is, but it needs to be someone up to the task of dismantling about half of the government. There is too much of it, and way too much regulatory burden on business. Everyone is crying about the loss of jobs, but no one is pressuring the government to get off the back of business and let it compete with the rest of the world. The reason is obvious. Many people just can't stand the fact that a lot of people get rich from profitable business. But pushing them down is basically cutting off your nose to spite your face.

First of all I'm not a big fan of this guy but the more I listen to him talk about about how our government is allowing other countries to screw us over and then turn around asking for our hand outs I think he could turn us around economically but not too sure about his views on politics. (I'm talking about Donald Trumph) :lookinup

He would definatly be a America First president, Would find ways to dictate to the world the price for goods we would be willing to pay for and make other countries pay their own way when it comes to sovernty. Just don't know how much of the "Buddy" system would follow him:lookinup:

Anyways he's got my vote over Palin :surprised

It's just too easy to piss n moan and criticize.

This is the worst times our country has had in a long time.

Nobody is gonna fix this **** overnight.

As the GOP take charge.......
Little by little, you'll see similar tactics kept in place to keep the economy from tumbling backwards.

The govt has no choice.
We have globalization kicking our asses, High population to jobs ratio, economy ratio, investors left the building for overseas growth, and our economy is shrinking.
Consumers arent spending, corps arent spending, wealthy are hoarding cash into the paper funds........

Bush era tax cuts are still in effect, and it's not helped anything.

A relative unknown, George LeMieux, 2 yr senator from FL that got beat out by Marco Rubio has a pretty good idea: roll spending back to 2007 levels. Look what it would do to our balance sheet:

"If LeMieux does run, his slogan might be: “On to 2007!” That was, he says, “the last good year,” and he asks: Would it result in grinding austerity for government to live for a while as it did then? He says that if federal spending were held at the 2007 level for 10 years, the budget would be balanced in 2013 and the national debt, currently $13.7 trillion, would be less than $7 trillion in 2020, with annual savings of hundreds of billions in debt-service costs. Absent action, he says, interest payments in 2020 on a debt of $26 trillion will be $900 billion."
