I have a couple quick and hopefully easy questions.
On my 69, should the vacuum line going to my power brake booster have an inline filter or something? Mine currently just has just a hose.

Also, should both ends of the hose have some form of lamp on it?

Anyone have a nice picture of a stock setup of this area of the engine compartment?

thanks

Check the 69 assembly instruction manual (AIM) in the power brake option section. Some years had clamps on the lines, others did not.

If memory serves, there may not be a filter in the line. There should also be no tees in the line.

The AIM shows a hose, 2 clamps and nothing else in the line. The hose goes to a multi-port fitting on the intake manifold.

Thanks, I wonder if I am losing any vacuum because I don't have clamps. The end of the hose on the intake side slides out pretty easily.

Just to be sure, I am going to clamp them the way they are supposed to be.
