power steering leak

956 Views 3 Replies 4 Participants Last post by  The Shield
Just purchased a 4 post lift and raised my 94 coupe up to get a good look only to notice that the spark plug wires on the drivers side of the opti spark are wet with oil as is the cross member and engine block and power steering line coming from resivoir to pump. I've had the car since new and usually put about a half pint of PS fluid in each year for the past 5 years or so. The car only sees dry summer roads and 2 to 3k miles per year. I can't rule out that there is an engine oil leake either.Any suggestions on how to proceed ?

Welcome to DC.

The first thing I would do is clean it very throughly and when I got home from driveing it each time I would put it on the lift and see exactly where it is coming from, Then you'll know what to fix
