Putting my Steering column back together and have a question

Well I am so close to getting the car on the road and driving it on the road for the first time since i bought it in April. For those of you who have taken apart your steering column, is there a piece aside from the horn contact carrier that connects to the horn button? I wasn't sure how it works. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide. Also, I appreciate the help I have received from members here, it has really helped troubleshooting and I have learned a tremendous amount of corvette knowledge. :cheers:
