Well I raced my first street bike, it was a 03 Honda CBR600RR with exhaust. I was the first car at the light going onto a long bridge, and I saw him coming up to the front in-between cars. The light turned green and I started going and then I punched it in second gear and he got on it. He started about 2 1/2 or 3 cars behind me but he was gaining on me and was at my door at about the top of third gear(85-90mph), then It stayed even like that till about 135mph then it looked like I was starting to pull slightly and he let off. I got on my brakes and he pulled next to me and started shaking his head and gave me a :thumbsup: , we got a red light and talked for a second and he was blown away, he said he couldn’t believe that he couldn’t pull away from me, he asked what I had done to my car and then gave me another :thumbsup: and took of doing a nice wheelie. I was very proud of my car because I had never raced a street bike, and I would have done even better if I wouldn’t have spun second so bad.:cheers:

Feels good, huh? Cool run and it seems like the bike guys was:thumbsup: too. I have two bikes under my belt, both drivers were:down: . I never though I'd see the day when a lightly modded gm car could take a sport bike. It took tons of $$ to get my TA to hang with bikes decently, but the vette is a whole other story. Yah it does feel good. I know If we would have gone from a even roll at anything slower then highway speeds then he would have raped me, he would stop pulling away from me once we got up to speed like we did but I would still be a ways behind him. I had a Suzuki GSXR750 that I just sold and I got pulled by a C5 zo6 putting down 670whp(its on ebay) but even he couldn’t catch me till about 115mph or so and then he would pull me BAD.:thumbsup:

My first bike run , the guy got beside my front drvr wheel and kicked it, so I did as well...he stayed in front of me for a second or two, then I pulled by him pretty easily through the mid 100's. The second guy was already infront and took off and I did as well, caught him, got really close to his rear tire , then went around and passed....he took the next exit..he didn't seem like he wanted to chat....
