I have just bought a radio off Ebay.com I wanted it to do blue LEDs

I plugged it into my car to test it and the red light next to the Vol button just flashes that's it. No Time display nothing happens when I press the power button!

I tried holding buttons 2/3 together nothing it is not displaying LOC

Any Ideas whats wrong? my other radio that red light never flashes!

Sounds like its got a security block on it. Who ever the owner was should furnish you with a manual and unlock procedure.

Thanks guys, the seller thinks the code is written on the radio. I expected it to say LOC if it was in antitheft mode. It's in the garage and I will have a look later.

I had another look at the radio there is no code written on it and it won't respond to trying to enter antitheft code by holding 1 & 4 buttons together. Even my Vette manual says it should be displaying LOC if it's in antitheft mode. It just sits there and flashes the red light not reponding to any button presses.

I know I am doing it right as I tried to enter a antitheft code on my radio and it works fines comes up SEC when done.
