Yes, grant has a quick release that fits out columns. It's not cheap, the hex ones are much cheaper but they're all weld on.
I need the exact same thing, I can't get in and out without removing the wheel. Might as well get a nice sweet mfg steering wheel w/ padded center.

The column is 11/16 diameter 36 spline

I'm going to buy the 2nd one

If you're nice for a nominal fee and paying the shipping you can have the one off my stock column it (the spline) bolts on and is SFI. It only has about a 1000 miles on it.

Just the quick connect flange and the spline, I'm replacing the whole shebang with a trick Sweet telescoping unit and it came with an even better coupler...

Oh OK, was a bit unclear. Not that I needed it, I need a Grant one for a 5 bolt steering wheel anyway.

Sorry if I was unclear...

See, I know this guy that took some time off from his corvette project and with a buddy built a CNC Mill and a CNC plasmacutter... He now has a grant 5 hole to sweet three hole adapter out of 6061-t6...
