I went for a short but quick drive in a 67 427 Vert today. It was fantastic!!! Raw Power!!

Now there's something that would brighten just about any day. :thumbsup: So what was the experience like compared to these modern fiberglass machines?

Never could decide if actually riding in a C2 would ruin my dream of owning one or if it would just ruin me.

I've never ridden a newer Corvette, but our C2 rides great! It's actually the best ride I've ever been in (but I'm used to MPV's and other non-performance vehicles)... :thumbsup: I'd just try to get a drive in one and you'll know!artyon:

I have driven the new Z06, awesome car, the C2 427 is completely different, a little rougher ride but the engine just seemed to have alot more power then the newer cars. I reality it maynot but it seemed that way. I like the old 60's feel to a muscle car. Damn I am showing my age again!!
