My passenger seat will not move forwards or backwards and makes a growling noise when I push the switch. Is this the motor or something else. I would appreciate any help.

Sounds like the motor is spinning, but a mechanical connection somewhere has broken.

Take the seat out and see what's happening.

Yep, my drivers seat is doing that. Fortunately I'm the only one that drives my car so no problem.:laughing:

Thanks, are the drive gears orderable or do I have to buy a new motor?
