manual track seats have a release lever on the side of the plastic frame (cushions attach to the plastic frame which in turn is bolted to the tracks with four bolts found under the lower cushion) near the front of the seat...it has a mechanical cable to the recline rod/ratchet...the recline system is totally divorced from the tracks under the seat.
your power seat recline motor/drive mechanism is also a separate unit from the power tracks that are under the plastic frame...so you can change the forward/back/up/down track assy and keep the power recline...if you change to manual seat lower cushion, you will need to mount a switch for the recline.
