Good but after seeing a Comp Coupe Viper blow a motor and the resulting exhaust oil fire catch the body on fire and prevent exit, no side pipes for me.

there isnt a whole lot of room, you can however run it through the rocker panels, might cause some paint issues tho

It was cool on the original StingRay, but i'm not sure about a C6. Even if side mout exhaust came standard, they would have to do a lot of work to get it right for a passenger car.

Just look at the 2004+ Viper convert, they had problems because the plastics kept melting, and the interior temp was unbearable.

I have seen one C6 do this mod -- a yellow Z06 if my memory is not failing me. From talking with the owner, he had to do some extensive body modifications..... which ran him a lot of money and time.

I dont know about "full length" side pipes, but side exhaust like on the C6R or Mercedes SLR McClaren might look good.

Looks good but may be impracticaly too low. How about the pipes coming out the side of the front fender, the cover being squared and scissor doors to allow entry?
