I was trying to find a way to have sidepipes on my car with out using hooker reverse flow mufflers which I heard were bad for performance. This is what I found. http://www.carchemistry.com/ccinserts.html
I would get the flanged inserts that bolt up to the headers. Then run straight pipes along the side of my car like sidepipes. Is this a good idea or are there flaws. Any input would be appreciated.:partyon:

Boy they have a lot of info at that web site. If what they say is true, it looks like it would work. Cost wouldn't be outrageous, about $150 or less for both sides. I say go for it. Just let us know how it sounds and performs

Yeah I priced it and it was around 140 dollars for the piping and the inserts. I was wondering if I should use long tube headers or you think I should go with a shorty style header? Thanks.
