Looks like they photoshopped the blur out of the spy fotos ....

I don't think so. you can clearly see the transparent part of the hood in this one too....the hood was open on all 3 of the spy shots. and the spy shots didn't show anything beyond the front fenders. I say it's the real deal too.

Although it does look cool overall, I think this is a photoshop... Those brakes and calipers don't look like the big ones you've seen on the Blue SS photos...

:agree: For example...the picture is clearly outside cause you can see the clouds on the passenger window...so if it's outside (unless it's RIGHT by the building) you probably wouldn't have this car just sitting around and NOT covered up (GM is not that stupid) :lookinup:
Also...the fenders both front and back around this gray car a VERY visiably thrusted out to wider looking lower fender...but the blue car's side shot, you can't even see that same look even a little!
Also...it appears that they may be paint matching the brakes (as the blue car's are blue...that might be part of the new plan...the gray one is not)
I have to agree...I'm not buying that this is another shot! Nope.

-yes, I agree it is outside, but so what? the background of this photo has been grayed out, so we don't know what was going on or where it was. I somehow doubt that the SS's they have (however many there are) have NEVER been outside, not even for a second.....
-the flares are visible on the blue car too. just the simple fact that one car is silver and one is blue could make the flare size look different. curves stand out more on certain colors than they do on others.
-for that matter, maybe you can pick the color of your brakes just like you can pick the color of your car....nothing's ever been said about matching the brakes to the body color.
I'm not writing this one off so quickly.

there is no opening in the hood on the blue spy shots. it's a transparent piece that allows you to see through the hood to the supercharger. look at the pic of the blue car with the hood up and look at the reflection of the overhead lights. you'll see it reflecting in the transparent section. it's not a "hole". and this silver car has the same thing.

Yeah ... and he/she did a poor job of it. Look at the background just above the driver side front fender, headlamps, and bumper zone.

There is the mistake! After looking at the two cars...I finally found the difference. If you look at blue shots...the side air ducts...they are flush and basically seamless at the outer top and bottom the they go out (for the duct), back in to the center seamlessly then back out for the lower duct and back in the panel seamlessly. Right? OK...look at the bottom of the lower duct on the silver car...if this is really the SS then the lower bottom part of the duct should be seamless into the panel (just like the top of the top duct is) and we can see a white/gray line just below the dark gray (meaning it's not flush like the top) so the person messed up! Plus the blue one's seem to be more rounded and the gray one's seem to be very squared in compairison.
