Here's some pics... I need to work on my photography skills a bit. Taking pics of shiny metal is always a pain.[email protected] said:I haven't announced it but all our kits have been shipping with a new bracket assembly for a month or so now.
A few of months ago there a couple of instances where guys bent the tensioners. These were all YSI units in the 800 HP + range,but it concerned me.
I developed a new bracket that is stronger, has a better tensioner and does not require blower removal for a belt change.
Here's a quick video we did today.
Jesse installed the belt in about a minute and a half. Obviously I'm not suggesting it can be done this quickly on the car, but it is significantly quicker and easier than before.
