I'm ready to replace the plugs on the L98 engine but I'll be d**ned if I can figure out how to get to the front passenger side plug? I've got the proper tools but is it alright to remove some hoses, etc that are interferring? Among other things, there's a brace for the AC compressor and, I believe, some heater hoses in the way. Any advice on getting to that little bugger with the least amount of frustration?

I use a spark plug socket that has been shortened and hollowed out at the 3/4 end, and a ratcheting wrench and you can unplug the knock sensor and move those hoses alittle its still a tight fit but duoable from up top.

I usually just take the access panel off of the inner fender and snake a spark plug socket with a universal joint in there.

Get to all the plugs easier by going through the fender wells by taking off the panels...Wham, bam and your done.
