My father used to wrok on the assembly of the l88 and zl1 back in 68 & 69. When I was a kid I saw a test print out of them being dyno tested at the plant. They were run with open exhausts and with out accessories so the #s would have been higher than todays SAE net #s, all I remember see was that of the 3 digit #s on the spread sheet for the ZL1 the highest peak # started with a 6.
