Do YOU really need to look at the gearshift to determine what gear you are in??? I'm not going to get in an internet pissing contest with you. The shifter centers 3-4. If you are an experienced driver, you generally know what gear you are in by vehicle speed/corresponding RPM. I suppose if you are learning to drive a stick it might be helpful, although taking your eyes off the road to look down may not.....:laughing:
You know its one of those things that you would probably look at a lot when you first get it, but after a week or two you would forget its even there until somebody gets in your car for the first time and compliments it. If you do car shows and/or have a blue or red interior theme it might be a nice accent.
