Tire Sensor Crazy!!!!!!

Hey guys. I have a 2001 corvette that I dressed up with a set of IFORGED CLASSICS. Now without tire sensors, I continue to get low tire pressure messages. To make matters worse, I just added a Haltech Stinger. Now I receive messages that I have four flats and that my car should not exceed 55 mph. What can I do? I heard a Tech 2 could turn off the tire sensor option. Does anyone know of someone who has one in the Chicagoland Area? Please Help!!!!

This is from another post I made this morning   Any GM dealer will have a TECH2. It doesn't have to be a Chevrolet; It should only take them about 5 minutes to cancel the TPS out.

That function can be taken out with TECH2. The dealer can do it or anyone with a TECH2. It is listed as a controlable option. FYI, those with a Z06 can have it turned on an use sensor on the wheels of the appropriate year. Also wth TECH2 Z06 owners can have turned on the headlight auto on feature if they install the sensor in the dash

Does all the C5 has tire sensors??
I have Z06 2001 but could not find any tire sensors on it?
Why don't you band in the sensors and keep the feature?
In 2001 C5's were equipped with the ability to turn off the tire sensor function. The Z 06 did not come with sensors. I was able to go to my local dealership and have them turn off the sensors with the use of the Tech 2. (thanks Torch). I have heard horror stories about people who have damaged their wheels by trying to add the factory sensors.
